NDS carries AUTHENTIC 49er jerseys, helmets, NFL footballs,
lithographs, etc.
They have them both plain and autographed by your favorite Niners Their prices are some of the best I've found, but sometimes you have to wait to get the item you want.
The Fan Club

The Fan Club carries just about everything 49er: T-Shirts, caps,
pins, jerseys/helmets/footballs, keyrings, etc. If you want to become
a "49er Fan Club member" it costs about $50 U.S. and you get a hat,
T-shirt, a 20% discount on merchandise, and notification of upcoming
events.
TFC has regular autograph sessions at their San Jose store with team members that you ordinarily won't see at autograph shows (linemen, defensive backs, etc).
I should note that their prices for autographed gear are higher than NDS or others that I deal with, even after the 20% discount.

OverTime carries authentic gear for all teams and all sports, and has
the best IN-STOCK selection of autographed merchandise that I have
found. I have only ordered from them once, and did not have very good
luck. First they shipped me the wrong item, and when I sent that
back, I subsequently had to return the correct item because of some
flaws. I stress that this was a one-time experience, and I don't now
if it is indicative of their overall service level.
I strongly recommend checking out the SPORTS COLLECTOR's DIGEST for autographed item prices. This magazine deals mainly with sports card collectors, but has many ads for businesses which carry memorabilia and authentic gear.
